BRYAN, Texas (AP) - Alto quarterback Julian Willis and linebacker Clayton Scott have been selected as the offensive and defensive players of the year for the Texas Sports Writers
Association's Class A all-state football team. Willis and Scott led undefeated Alto to the Division One state title. Robert Little, coach of Division Two state champ Chilton, and Alto coach Keith Gardner shared coach of the year honors.
